MATERIALS AND METHODS:

Over the years we've built a large library of information and samples to give us access to the markets for textile raw materials and the other components required to make your product. We have an experienced team to engineer the construction details and implement production in the shortest possible time.

DESIGN AND SAMPLES: 

We create all our designs and patterns on a Gerber Accumark CAD System. This technology allows us to quickly and explicitly translate your instructions into working patterns and finished samples in the least possible time. And because this information is stored electronically, we can make any further changes without having to manually remark and cut patterns.

1st ARTICLE: 

Before commencing production a First Article is presented for customer approval. This piece contains all the design changes and final materials and methods. We will begin production after your approval is given.
